WHERE WE SHIP
UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $7.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via UPS. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.
HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7 business days.
US VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO AND GUAM CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is $14.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the UPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in the footer of every page on this site or by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
INTERNET RETURNS TO STORES
For your convenience, we accept online returns at Steven and Steve Madden stores (only stores in the USA excluding Colorado and Utah locations and Steve Madden Outlets). We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This excludes clearance items and earrings which may not be returned or exchanged. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Take the merchandise in its original packaging and the packing slip from the shipping carton to the store. RETURNS BY MAIL
Steve Madden will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN Merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please sign into your account, under Order Detail & Tracking click ?View Order? then click ?Return Request? next to the item you wish to send back. Check the box next to the item and choose the reason for the return. After you hit next you will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label to use to ship the items back to us. This label is a prepaid hybrid USPS/UPS shipping label. You may give the package to the United States Post Office or any UPS location. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return online by signing into your account, via phone 1-888-762-3336, email firstname.lastname@example.org or by live chat. Usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.
PLEASE NOTE: Clearance Items and Earrings may not be returned or exchanged. All purchases are final on Clearance items and Earrings.
Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards are also final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where prohibited by law.
For Canadian Orders, please contact us via email, live chat or phone to receive a return authorization number. Ship the shoes back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to us. As with domestic orders, shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order restocking fee. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then call customer service at 1-888-762-3336 to get return authorization and a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the original item back to us as a return. When you call customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
